GEMOLOGIST AND DESIGNER
Timothy Paul Frisosky, GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Graduate Gemologist, is founder and owner of 24KT. DIAMOND BOUTIQUE. Keeping the family tradition, Tim started in the fine jewelry business at age 16 and has continued to advance his skills through ongoing education and experience. After studies at Lansing Community College and Michigan State University, Tim earned degrees in Gemology and Custom Jewelry Design at the Gemological Institute of America in Santa Monica, California in 1983. Another academic accomplishment was a CIA (Certified Insurance Appraisal) degree from the Jewelry Insurance Appraisal Institute in 1994.

APPRAISALS
When you bring your fine jewelry or loose gemstones to us, you receive not only a complete evaluation of the authenticity, design, and value of your jewelry, but your appraisal will be the most reliable you can find. 24KT. DIAMOND BOUTIQUE's appraisals are based on knowledge gained through education and special training, backed by technical equipment and experience in the field. All appraisals are done on the premises.
GEMPRINT
A foolproof way to identify your diamond. Never again worry about your diamond being "switched." 24KT. DIAMOND BOUTIQUE's Gemprint Laser System positively identifies diamonds by photographing the pattern of reflections created when a low-level laser light strikes the stone. It does not hurt your diamond, and it need not be removed from it's setting to be Gemprinted. You receive a numbered certificate of registry and a copy is kept in Gemprint's computerized Central Registry in California. Also, the police and FBI are now able to return to the owner a lost or stolen diamond that has been Gemprinted. Many insurance companies offer discounts on coverage of Gemprinted jewelry.
